My guest on this episode is Ursula Adams, MSPOD, a business leader, certified leadership coach and Organizational Development consultant on a mission to say "stuff" out loud first as a means to create comfort for - and give permission to - others craving to do the same. 

As the Founder of the SheHive -a women’s empowerment center-, Ursula helps women seeking social connection and self-empowerment discover “life on the other side of should” through classes, coaching and community.

She is also currently contracted to an international automotive company where she serves as the Chief of Staff within the IT organization.

Ursula holds a Masters of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change, as well as certificates in Executive Coaching and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.

Ursula loves telling a good story, lunching with the ladies, road trips, pigeon pose, cherry cordial ice cream and an abundance mindset.
