The main point of this topic is to explain how makeup can help you with your mental health. There is the misconception that women wear makeup to hide their imperfections. Right now, ignore this misconception. More people need to realize that wearing makeup is much more than that. Applying makeup is your beauty ritual that can benefit your mental health. In that very moment, you take your time to enjoy your beauty ritual. It does not matter if you apply 1 makeup product or several types of products. It does not matter if your beauty style for the day  is simple or full glam. The experience of purposely focusing on this positive ritual can help your mental health in several ways. 

    Your mental thoughts always affect your emotions about yourself. Doing your makeup gives your self-confidence a boost, gives your self- love a boost, and gives your self-esteem a boost.
