  • Building Safe Spaces for Women EP31
    2024/11/13

Imagine standing before over 300 women, each ready to go on a transformative journey, a journey I crafted with every ounce of my soul. As I recount the magic, the challenges, and the moments that took my breath away, I felt a sacred energy begin to rise in a room full of women. It was like witnessing a concert, a healing ceremony, and a celebration of sisterhood all woven into one beautiful, unforgettable gathering.

I recently hosted my first-ever live event, Magnetic.

From the immaculate synchronicity of our team, to the vulnerability and courage of each woman in the room, Magnetic went beyond my wildest dreams. And what moved me most was seeing women connect and feel seen in ways many had never experienced before.

This episode isn’t just a recap—it’s an invitation for you to feel the energy, and to understand how this work opens up a space for every woman’s inner wisdom to come alive.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • My first live event, Magnetic, and the divine alignment that made it feel "holy."

    • Seamless logistics and powerful energy creating a smooth experience for 300+ women.

    • The intentional blend of ceremony, connection, and fun—like Broadway meets church.

    • Designing the event to foster sisterhood, lasting friendships, and community.

    • The four-pillar framework meeting women’s needs for ritual, ceremony, and embodiment.

    • Creating an environment for lasting transformation beyond just cerebral learning.

    • Training a skilled team to hold space and support attendees’ experiences.

    • The power of ritual and movement in enabling breakthroughs and deep healing.

    • Affirming feedback showing that this unique approach resonated deeply with attendees.

    • Building a global movement for women’s healing, empowerment, and growth.

  • Redefining Beauty in Midlife EP30
    2024/11/06

Five years ago, I made the decision to let go of coloring my hair, a choice that I realized was so much more than a style change. It became a journey of challenging cultural expectations, facing fears of rejection, and ultimately reclaiming my sense of self.

This was such a deeply personal yet universal choice—a journey through fear, anger, and finally, freedom as I chose to embrace my natural gray hair.

This transformation wasn’t just about hair—it was about stepping into my authenticity, redefining beauty, and finding a new level of confidence that spilled into every area of my life. It’s my story of shedding layers of societal pressure to reimagine womanhood in midlife on my own terms.

If you’ve ever wondered why we feel the need to conform to beauty standards that don’t resonate with our true selves, or if you’re curious about how letting go of those standards can transform your life, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • My journey into aging naturally.

    • Questioning societal expectations for women around beauty.

    • Fear of judgment with aging.

    • The differences between aging men and women.

    • How the choice to go gray led to self-discovery and growth.

    • The energy and belief behind our choices.

    • Encouraging women to question the “why” behind beauty choices.

    • Health benefits of cutting out hair dye chemicals.

Join me to explore this liberating experience and the power of embracing who we are, fully and unapologetically.

  • The Feminine Balance of Surrender and Strength EP29
    2024/10/30

Have you ever found it difficult to just let go and allow someone to truly care for you? You might feel a tug inside that tells you to say, “No, I’ve got this,” or that whispers, “I don’t deserve this much.” Yet, there’s a longing, a voice inside asking if there could be a different way, a way where we allow ourselves to feel cherished, supported, and seen. That’s what we’re here to talk about.

As women, we often carry the weight of expectations, feeling driven to produce, to serve, and to be endlessly giving. Yet, so rarely do we permit ourselves to fall back, soften, and let someone else carry the load, even when it’s offered.

In this episode, I’m opening up about my own journey with surrender – the fears, the resistance, and finally, the joy and freedom found in simply allowing my partner to give to me.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • The struggles with surrender and receiving

    • The burden of traditional feminine expectations

    • Living with masculine and feminine energies

    • The importance of surrendering in relationships

    • Overcoming cultural and personal blocks of receiving

    • How to embrace receiving and reimagine womanhood

Join me as we redefine what it means to be a woman – one that is magnetic, powerful, and beautifully open to receiving.

  • Moving Through Rage EP27
    2024/10/16

Trigger warning: This episode covers topics of sexual violence. If you do not feel resourced to listen to this, I completely understand. If and when you feel ready, I am offering something extremely helpful, particularly if you are a victim.

I have worked with women from all across the world and of varying demographics for twenty years. I have rarely met a woman, both in my personal and professional life, who has not undergone some sort of sexual violence.

Because so many women have experienced sexual violence, it’s now normalized by society, becoming a part of how we describe ourselves. And yet, despite the tragic, common occurrence of these horrendous acts, there is still a significant lack of proper space, safety, and tools for victims to process through the trauma.

This episode invites you to explore a new perspective on working through rage as you heal so you can claim your powerful force as a woman.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • Why women need a safe space to express their rage.

    • Many victims of sexual violence lack the opportunity to release and process their experiences.

    • Trauma unknowingly affects every aspect of daily living.

    • Talk therapy doesn’t provide closure.

    • How to move through rage and fury after experiencing sexual violence.

    • Sensual pleasure is a healing pathway to trauma, even though that sounds counterintuitive.

    • Unhealed sexual violence moves through our lineage.

    • Pay close attention to the places, spaces, and people who discourage you from feeling your fury.

You don’t have to live under patriarchal standards that are keeping you silent. You can heal through the trauma and become the most expansive and magnet version of yourself.

  • A New Era of Female Leadership EP26
    2024/10/09

Let’s go back to a place that shaped me profoundly—sitting in the pews of my childhood church, eyes tracing the stained glass, inhaling the scent of incense, and feeling a sense of peace and unity. It was a time of innocence and connection, where rituals felt sacred, and everything in that moment seemed to be just as it should be.

But as I grew older, that sense of peace started to crack. I began to question: where were the women? Why was their presence confined to the sidelines, never speaking, never leading? Why was our unique strength and wisdom absent in the stories shared, in the sermons given? These questions sparked a journey of deconstruction, peeling back layers of religious, cultural, and social conditioning that, for too long, kept women small and silent.

This episode is an invitation to explore a longing, to uncover the subtle but powerful forces that shaped our beliefs about womanhood, and to step into a fuller, more vibrant expression of who we are meant to be.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • How an early love for community and rituals can shape our understanding of spirituality.

    • Questioning the absence of women in leadership roles.

    • Honoring women's cycles.

    • The deep longing for more meaningful connections.

    • The journey of awakening the feminine within.

    • Creating magnetic spaces.

    • Sisterhood and community.

    • The work of empowering women is a lifelong journey.

This is a call to all of us, no matter where we come from or what our experiences have been. It’s a journey back to ourselves—to the divine wisdom we have always carried within.

  • Aging as a Queen EP25
    2024/10/02

Have you ever paused to question why so much of society's value is placed on the youthful face of a woman? The makeup and skincare ads alone are enough to confirm this idea. But why do we see age as something to hide rather than embrace?

In this episode, I’m unraveling the narratives that keep us trapped in fear of aging—an endless pursuit of external beauty that can consume our minds, bodies, and souls.

This isn’t just about wrinkles or gray hair. It’s about how we, as women, have been conditioned to believe that our worth is determined by how pleasing we are to the world—how ageless, how perfect, how “princess-like” we remain. But what if we challenged that notion? What if we embraced the wisdom and strength that comes with age, stepping into our roles as queens, confident and radiant from the inside out?

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • Why the princess fears aging.

    • The pressures of the male gaze.

    • How patriarchal standards influence women to believe that their value lies in their appearance.

    • The dangers of obsessive beauty practices.

    • Breaking the cycle and questioning societal norms.

If you’re tired of playing by rules that weren’t written for you, and you’re ready to redefine what it means to be a powerful, authentic woman, then I invite you to listen to this episode. Because it’s time to let go of the princess and crown the queen within.

  • Redefining Success and Sisterhood EP24
    2024/09/25

Do you ever find yourself feeling envious of other women’s success or beauty? Do you feel that twinge of jealousy, wondering why their lives seem so perfect while you're left feeling inadequate or insecure? If this sounds familiar, you're not alone. Many of us have been conditioned to view other women as competition rather than allies, often without even realizing it.

As women, we’ve been taught to believe that our worth is tied to our appearance, that we’re in a race against time, or that we must constantly serve and please others. But if you're tired of these outdated narratives, there’s another way—a way to step into your own power, live authentically, and celebrate the success of other women.

The world is ruled by envy, competition, and comparison. It’s time to step out of the “princess” mindset and into the “queen” energy that will help you thrive, and transform your feelings into something empowering.

In this episode, I’m talking about:

    • Feeling like a victim and blaming others for your circumstances.

    • How patriarchal conditioning and early relationships (especially with mothers) create mistrust among women.

    • Emotional blocks in abundance and success.

    • How to shift your energy to attract supportive, high-vibe women and neutralize competition.

    • Learning and understanding your own triggers, and using them to grow.

    • Toxic beauty standards.

    • Celebrating other women’s success.

We can live with grace, confidence, and an open heart toward the women around us. It’s time to stop competing and start connecting.
