Meet Kelly Turner, Purpose & Conscious Coach, who used to work in the NHS, but is now a Jay Shetty Life Coach. Kelly is passionate about the relationship we have with ourselves. She feels vulnerability gives a deeper connection with ourselves, allows space for self-compassion and to drop any masks of shame.
Kelly used to work in London and did well within her career, but she felt stressed and anxious. When she left her career, it was a journey of relief and feeling like a failure. However, the wisdom in her body made her press the brakes and go inward. Through her own journey of self-connection, it has led Kelly to a new level of acceptance, love, fulfilment, and purpose.
