    You don't have to let the joy of Christmas fade with the packing away of the decorations and the twinkling lights. In fact, it is important to keep the spirit of Christmas alive beyond December. PK offers three ways n which you can do this while transforming your life and the lives of others:

    1. Start a gratitude journal to keep you focused on all the good that's happening in your life.
    2. Schedule quality time with loved ones so you always have a supportive community you can count on.
    3. Engage in random acts of kindness which gives the felling a joy a ripple effect.

    What’s a gratitude mindset? It is a state of mind that allows you to focus on being thankful for what you have instead of dwelling on what’s missing. It’s about focusing on the many things that are going right instead of what is going wrong.

    In this episode, you’ll learn some strategies for building a gratitude mindset that can help you to navigate difficult situations and take control of negative thinking patterns so that you can reach your goals more quickly, lower your stress levels, and improve your overall well-being.
