With a background in reproductive health, including work at Planned Parenthood, Christina’s passion for supporting women spans over a decade. As a certified Perinatal Mental Health specialist and Fair Play facilitator, she empowers mothers and families to navigate modern parenthood with confidence and resilience. Christina also leads groups and workshops focused on maternal well-being and offers compassionate, personalized care to help women and families thrive in their unique journeys.
