  • I had a sense of urgency to my healing..
    2021/05/29

This episode was so great. I sat down with this beautiful, strong amazing woman Alisha and we talked about her sense of urgency to heal, facing her own challenges in friendship,  and becoming a new mother who struggled with an attachment to her son and went on a journey seeking that closeness.

God took her on her own journey of self healing and so much was revealed.  Sit and listen as we have an intimate chat about some real life pains, triumphs and transparency on the not so pretty chapters of our life, all while God shines His grace on our imperfections and continues to seek bringing our spirits up to code!

  • There are two sides to a story!
    2021/05/22

Is blood the only thing that makes family? This episode tells the story of how sisters were formed out of survival and circumstance. I sit down with my sister Yoly that I met years ago and formed a life long friendship/sisterhood through what seemed like unfortunate circumstance.

There is always two sides to the same story and it is always interesting to see how the same events took place in differnet ways for two differnt people. We share stories of pain, healing, laughter and truly listen to one another to show care and concern for where we are today.

Get your journals out and use this episode as an opportunity to really examine your own stories and how they may affect who you are today.  Seeing that you can't always change your circumstances but you can choose your perspective, and that is what creates your life.
