  • We finally introduce our new cohost, a junior named Amrin who's interested in psychology! In this episode, Lauren and Amrin talk about phone addiction, a problem that is VERY relevant to teens. They discuss the official definition and symptoms of phone addiction, Pokemon Go, and the TikTok algorithm, while sharing their personal experiences with phone use.

    Since this was actually one episode split into two parts with part 1 being the first, part 2 will come out in a few days! The second part will cover FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) and advice to reduce phone addiction :)
