We all know different situations determine different responses. When life is going well, and we feel safe, our reactions will reflect that. If we are in danger, however, our reactions may be more intense since the safety net has disappeared. In our political world, where life seems crazy, how can we react in a way that honors Jesus?

Our nation has become polarized when it comes to politics. A few people get down right angry if they are not agreed with. Four years ago we saw family’s experience separation by other family members over political choices. So what’s a person to do in such a potentially hostile landscape? As we conclude our series on Community we will look at a dialogue between Jesus and a man named Nicodemus. In this interaction we will see the selflessness life and mission of Jesus. Jesus never made life about Him and that has attracted millions to follow Him. Selflessness attracts.
