    Welcome to the fifth episode of the New School of Selling Podcast! This episode I will be sharing my personal story so you can get to know the "real DK" on how I grew up and what type of experiences made me the person I am today. 

    In later episodes I will be sharing my Founder Story, Business Story and Customer Story but I felt I needed to first share MY story so you can really get to know me, in a more personal way. 

    I'll be sharing my personal story in 12 "life changing" moments from when I was 4 to all the way up to today(not going to say the # lol) 

    If I had ⁠⁠to describe my life in one quote it would be this: 

    "You can't control how many times you get knocked down by life. But what you can control is how many times you get back up and try again."

    That's the difference between success and failure IMO. The difference between living a life just-to-get-by and just be "OK" vs living a life to thrive with purpose and passion and be fulfilled.

    I hope through this episode you get to know me better as a person and we can share similar experiences that would help you see that nobody has it all together. We are all just slowly putting the broken pieces of life back together one piece at a time.
