あらすじ・解説
No one likes getting hurt. We all want to have meaningful relationships that we can just be ourselves in. We want to feel safe in our society in our communities in our world in our relationships. in our parenting yet we are living in a time where it is so clear that way too many of us do not feel safe fully being ourselves; do not feel safe, fully expressing ourselves. At least not in a healthy way. Not in our day-to-day lives or society in general, because of all of the pain and traumas that have happened.
But we need to safely express ourselves. We need to have that experience. It's part of being human. We want to feel connected and we need to feel connected to move forward in a way that helps us all. To feel a sense of meaning of deep fulfillment and like we belong. So let's talk about healing and trauma and loving and leading and living and how it can be so hard and yet, so essential all at the same time.
