Ordinary People do Extraordinary Things | ft. Storyteller & Story Keeper Dottie Kluttz

  • サマリー

  • What is your story? Have you had the opportunity to sit down and really tell it? Dottie Kluttz is the founder of the Story Keeping program at Hospice Savannah, and she is sitting down with us on this episode to talk about the importance of connecting with your loved ones by asking for their stories - and telling your own. Dottie says, "the shortest distance between two people is a story".

In this episode, Dottie gives us all some wonderful tools we can use this holiday season to spark conversation with our friends and families. For example, Dottie suggests using a timer when sharing stories with children. She says it's a great way to keep them locked in and also keep them from getting "trapped".

Dottie has interviewed over a thousand people, and she believes wholeheartedly that ordinary people do extraordinary things.
