Overcoming Exam Anxiety: Tips and Tricks for a Stress-Free Experience

    Hello, I am your host Dr. Smita Dipankar and today I want to tell you a secret. All your friends also feel the same way but everyone has a different threshold of quantifying misery and handling the situation. 

    To avoid feeling exam panic, you have to replace your anxious feeling with better feelings. You can simply do this by drinking water and with every sip acknowledging how you feel. Once you do that, go to the washroom and pee. While flushing, tell your mind that all your worries and sad feelings are also flushed.

    Now repeat the exercise of drinking water and replace it with happy memories. Then, do something that makes you happy like dancing or eating chocolate.

    Easy, right?
