I recorded this a while ago and intended to share it sooner, but I needed some rest and more sleep. Having spent much of my life trying to change the world, I learned that I needed to slow down to foster change first within myself, which takes time. Life is a marathon, not a sprint, so rest is essential. Sleep, then, is not weak, but if neglected will make us weak!
