We ended our last episode with a bit of a cliffhanger – Mei had taken her seventh sister’s advice and gives Hai her 海之心, her sea-heart. We left our story with Mei’s heart literally in Hai’s hands… and Mei a lifeless figure of stone. Is our tale to end in tragedy? We continue our story today, in Part 10 of Pearl – A Chinese Mermaid Story!
