And Dewhurst, at one time, the largest chain of butchers in Britain. Today the business is led by George Vestey. The fourth generation of the family.     Tebay Services on the M6 has famously been described as the closest a motorway service area comes to Harrods Food Hall. It’s run by the Westmorland Family, who are also behind Gloucester Services on the M5. The current chair is Sarah Dunning, whose parents started the business in 1972 when the motorway was built through their hill farm. We were delighted that Sarah agreed to talk to us because the strength of Westmorland’s position has been crucial to their success.
