    Washington D.C. — Much of the nation's attention will be on battleground Congressional District races on November 5th, including in New York State. One of the most contentious, and expensive, races in the Country is New York's 19th Congressional race between Republican incumbent Marc Molinaro and Democrat challenger Josh Riley. This 2024 race is a rematch of 2022, when Molinaro beat Riley by about 4500 votes. CBS6 has reached out several times to the Riley campaign for an interview over the last few weeks and months, but have yet to receive a response. CBS6 recently spoke with Molinaro at the U.S. Capital in September about the issues he believes are impacting residents in NY's 19th District the most, along with the Presidential race.
