    On this episode we had the absolute joy to sit down and chat with Dr Sarah Spelsberg.


    Sarah is a Doctor and Fellow of Extreme & Wilderness Medicine.


    Sarah works in the most remote outposts providing exceptional medicine under extreme circumstances - I am talking about medevacs in Artic Hurricanes and even medevacs by flying over an erupting volcano.


    This was a brilliant and inspiring chat, packed full of life lessons, including :

    Gaz is a professional wrestler and founder of Kingdom Wrestling, the UK's first faith based pro wrestling charity, using sports entertainment to transform lives.


    An incredibly insightful chat, and as a parent of two children myself, some of the topics were truly eye opening.

  • Live Every Day Like It Is Your Last - Paul Smith, Property Investor and Philanthropist

    On this episode, we were incredibly fortunate to be joined by Paul Smith.


    Paul is a highly successful multi-million pound property investor and mentor, with a passion for helping others to thrive with Paul and his wife, Aniko, founding Touchstone Education.


    Paul's journey is incredible, from leaving home at 17 with just £170 in his pocket, to being a muti millionaire living in Monaco and now aiming to become a billionaire in five years time, but the reasons for this are incredibly altruistic.


    Paul is highly committed to philanthropy and giving, and has recently joined John Cauldwell's Life Changer's Circle.


    The reasons Paul wants to be a billionaire is so that he can join the Giving Pledge and give at least half back to good causes and charities.


    This was such an incredibly insightful chat touching on :


    • Being reminded of mortality at such a young age
    • Never regret growing old, as it is a privilege denied to far too many
    • Giving back
    • The difference between rich and wealthy
    • Values
    • Living each day like it is your last

  • Not Taking Anything For Granted, Appreciating What You Have - Fergus Farrell, Former Rugby Player and Speaker
    2025/03/30

    On this episode we had the fortune to speak with former rugby player and entrepreneur and speaker, Fergus Farrell.


    Fergus is such a highly inspiring person and his journey is nothing short of miraculous.


    Fergus was a former rugby player but in 2018 had a tragic accident which left him paralysed from the belly button down.


    He was told he would never walk again.


    What Fergus has subsequently achieved is incredible.


    Fergus walked out of hospital on his own two feet, he then walked 206km across Ireland and back into the hospital on the first anniversary of his accident, and has also attempted to row the Atlantic


    This was such an inspiring chat and full of life lessons, such as :


    • Not taking anything for granted
    • Appreciating what you have, not what you don't have
    • Asking for help
    • The importance of hardwork and what it can achieve
    • The power of visulisation
    • Proof that a zero percent chance doesn't necessarily mean zero percent chance
    • Importance of a challenge and not giving up on yourself
    • Why positive language is important

  • What Is The Only Thing That Matters? - World Record Adventurer and Author, James Ketchell
    2025/03/02

    On this episode we had the absolute privilege to speak with world record holder and adventurer, James Ketchell.


    James' achievements are truly incredible. He is the first person ever to complete the 'Ultimate Triathlon' of rowing the Atlantic Ocean, summiting Mount Everest and cycling around the world.


    On top of this, James has also flown around the world, and this year he is attempting to sail around the world and becoming the first person to circumnavigate the globe by air, land and sea.


    Life doesn't come with a manual, but if it did, James would be an author.


    This was such an incredible conversation as we spoke of :


    • Things never being as bad as you think they will be
    • Taking opportunities
    • Having a purpose
    • Tackling a huge challenge
    • Trying things and taking action
    • Taking advice
    • What is really like to stand on top of the World
