Stay Shaded is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and providing support in the fight against the fentanyl crisis. Vonn launched Stay Shaded after losing his son Taelin Webb to a fentanyl overdose on May 10, 2022. During our conversation, we discussed the journey Vonn is on to spread awareness about fentanyl, and the work he is doing with education systems around the country to spread awareness about the dangers of fentanyl.

    In today's episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Brad Barbarick, better known as Coach "B", of Shoot360. Coach “B” came on board full time with Shoot 360 in March of 2022 and works in global franchise sales. Prior to his role with the global franchise sales team Coach B worked as Director of Coaching and worked in curriculum and coaching development. Coach B brings an extensive resume of coaching and teaching experiences to Shoot 360, including 25 years as the head men’s basketball coach at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. Coach Barbarick taught both undergraduate and graduate courses during his years at Concordia University. The longtime coach and educator also has rich experience in the business of basketball having directed camps, clinics for such notable coaches as John Wooden, Pat Riley, Don Nelson and George Karl. In addition, Coach Barbarick has also been an athletics administrator serving as the Director of Athletics at Portland Community College.

    What I appreciate most about our time together was hearing how Coach B got started in coaching and the lessons he shared about driving Coach Wooden to camps.
