  • Death, Perspective and Real Life: Part Two
    2024/11/08

Today, Chris and Micheal pick back up with their talk about the loss and grief they have experienced through death of a loved one as well as the benefits of talking about death, the reason why we don't talk about death, and why as a trusted Mentor, you could have the privilege of initiating one the most important conversations with others.

At Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring, we care about and engage the whole person. We are spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, relational, and professional/educational.

Jesus talked about his own death repeatedly. He didn’t run from the fact that his life would be cut short or try to hide that from his followers. He talked openly about it and I believe it helped him stay focused on what He was here to do and not get distracted by the crowds or temporary celebrations.

If Jesus talked about death, we think we should, too! Today Chris talks with Micheal Gerecke on the topic of death, perspective and real life. They mention the book by author Micheal Hebb, Let's Talk About Death Over Dinner which spurred part one of this two part discussion.
