Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Star Trek Prodigy Season 2 Episodes 11 and 12: Last Flight of the Protostar Parts I and II. The crew finally find Chakotay, but boy is he a downer. They figure they need to get both the grounded Protostar and the grounded Captain back in the air.

Chakotay has been stranded on this hostile planet for 10 years and he is sunk into a deep depression resigned to his fate. The crew is not prepared to give up and starts working on cleaning up the Protostar and lifting Chakotay's spirits. Not an easy task, but with the help of Holo Janeway, we manage to make both things happen over the course of these two episodes.

Today's lesson: don't be a downer, there's always another way.

Our kid correspondent Maahi is here with an update toward the end of the pod. Hear what she has to say about Chakotay and the team.

Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Rebinge Star Trek Voyager S2E14: Alliances. In this episode, just when we think things can't get worse, they do! We somehow manage to make yet another enemy in the Delta Quadrant! What is with this place?

Voyager is getting beat up by exceedingly annoying Kazon ships. Chakotay, in his (definitely) finite wisdom says we need to do something different and suggests we make some alliances with the Kazon. Well, this goes about as well as you would expect (Thanks Chakotay!). However, Neelix manages to find us a new option: the Trabe. Remember them? Well, the Kazon sure do. Friend or foe? It's the Delta Quadrant, what do you think!?

Hello Star Trek fans! Welcome to Star Trek Prodigy Season 2 Episodes 9 and 10: The Devourer of All Things Parts I and II. You are in for a treat in these two episodes as we learn the identity of the secret benefactor (guest Will Wheaton) and we get an explanation of what is going on with the timeline. And as an added bonus, Action Janeway turns up to kick butts and take names.

We finally learn the identity of the person who has been helping us and it's not entirely a surprise, but it is a lot of fun. Wesley Crusher is here to save the timeline (and his mom) but he is a little bit wacky and can't quite keep his mind on one thing at a time. There is a lot of action in these episodes as we meet the very unpleasant and unforgiving Loom. Wesley tries to save the crew from the time scavengers but when they get backed into a corner, it's Action Janeway to the rescue when the tank top and the phaser rifle come out!

Today's lesson: tank top Janeway is the best Janeway.
