Kira,  has been using EFT for her personal use since the mid 90’s.  While her education has been in psychology, her work experience has been in the special education field.  She has 16 years of experience working with children on the spectrum and children with dyslexia.  In her free time she enjoys beading, crocheting, and kayaking.  She has had success using EFT to heal emotions and support a healthy lifestyle.  She is interested in using EFT to support others in their weight loss goals.  Food represents so many things including comfort, reward, and celebration.  When we heal the anxiety, depression, stress, and disappointment that drive us to eat, it is easier to make healthier food choices.
