Relationships in Matrescence -A Honest discussion about our relationships with our partners after birth.

  • サマリー

  • Today I'm chatting with Sarah Ashton from Matresences Matters. Sarah and I actually recorded an episode a while ago, if you haven't listened to it, please go back and have a listen, i'll link it in the show notes, it's all about matresence and becoming a mum, it was and still is one of our most loved episodes on the podcast!

Sarah is a Perinatal Occupational Therapist supporting families and mothers with their transition into, adaptation through and transformation in motherhood - maternal mental health. Sarah is also a mum of two kiddos who challenge her expectations of herself and them on the daily. They are her biggest teachers.

Today we are shifting gears a little and we are going to talk about Relationships in Matrescence. The challenges we face, how we can communicate in our relationships and just some real talk on our own experiences on this topic.

I hope you enjoy the show!
