  • EPISODE 14: Bringing Back the Joy - Because Healing Was Never Meant to Be Heavy All the Time
    2025/06/05

    Send us a text

Somewhere along the way in this deep journey of healing, of soul work, of peeling back the layers… we forget to laugh.
    We forget to play.
We forget that our inner child doesn’t just want to be held — she wants to be seen dancing barefoot under the stars, belly-laughing with her soul sisters, letting joy move through her body without apology.

In this episode, I have a real and raw conversation with you about something so simple, but so needed:
    Bringing the joy back.

Yes, we’re here to do the work.
Yes, we’re here to clear, to remember, to activate…
But we’re also here to live.
    To play.
To feel sunlight on our faces and not always be stuck in the shadows.

I also share one of the most potent reminders that’s been activating something in me lately — from Reality Awareness:
“Money and abundance isn't something we manifest. It’s something we remember. It is, and has always been, ours. Like the ocean — vast, free, infinite.”

    Let that land.
We are not trying to become something we’ve never been…
    We’re simply remembering.
And sometimes remembering feels like laughter.
    Sometimes healing looks like dancing.
Sometimes alignment is in the little everyday joys that spark your soul.

  • Episode 13: A Letter to My Dad – Honouring My Humanness, Releasing What Remains
    2025/05/30

    Send us a text

In this episode, I share something I’ve carried in my heart for a long time, I share this through a letter I wrote to my dad.

This is a follow-on from my previous episodes where I opened up about our complicated relationship, the choices I made to protect my peace, and the moments leading up to his transition.

When I visited him recently, my soul found the closure it had been searching for. I said what I needed to say on a soul level, and that brought a deep sense of peace. Yet my humanness, my inner child, my heart, my emotions, still had words left unspoken.

    This letter is for her.
    For me.
For the parts of us all that still ache, even after the closure.
This is how I honour my full self — not just the healed parts, but the grieving ones too.

    In this episode, I share:

    • The raw and honest emotions I’ve been processing since his passing
    • How I navigated the difference between soul closure and human pain
    • The healing that comes from speaking your truth, even if it’s too late for someone else to hear it
    • Why writing this letter was an act of release, forgiveness, and freedom

This is for anyone who’s ever walked away from a parent, friend, or loved one and carried the weight of that decision — even when it was the right one.

May this serve as a reminder:
    It’s okay to still feel.
    It’s okay to still cry.
It’s okay to honour your human.

    Some healing happens through time.
    Some happens through truth.
And some happens when you finally give your heart the words it needed all along.

  • EPISODE 12 – Let Them Go: The Power in Releasing What No Longer Serves You
    2025/05/22

    Send us a text

This is one of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn on my journey and maybe you’ve felt this too…

I used to tolerate far too much because I didn’t want to lose people. I would bend, soften, and silence parts of myself to make others comfortable. But what I came to understand, unfortunately the hard way, is that if they were truly my people, they would have never treated me like they did, in the first place!

    This episode is deeply personal.

I open up about my journey of letting go, of my father, a childhood friend I had since I was 12, and my husband’s own unfolding experience of releasing a significant relationship. The common thread in all of it? Disrespect, disregard, and a lack of accountability that echoed through years of tolerance… until it just wasn’t tolerable anymore.

You’ll hear me speak from the raw places in my heart, and maybe you’ll see yourself in these stories.

Because the truth is, it is time, time to…

    Let them judge you.
    Let them misunderstand you.
Let them gossip, doubt, and make you out to be the villain.
Let them walk away, even run your name through the mud.
    Let them go.

We often stay because we care. Because we hope. Because we remember the good. But there comes a moment when you have to choose you! That moment came for me with my dad, when I flew across states to see him at the end of his life… only to be reminded of why I had walked away 19 years before. That reminder was painful, but it was also clear.

I chose myself back then, and I chose myself again.

There are people in this life who would rather lose you than be honest about how they’ve hurt you. They knew what they were doing. And they did it anyway.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • How to know when it’s time to stop explaining yourself and start reclaiming your power
    • What it means to release someone with love but firm boundaries
    • Why distance can be a sacred act of self-respect
    • And how to hold your light even when others try to dim it

You can still love them. You can still wish them well. But that doesn’t mean they’re meant to walk beside you anymore.

This episode is for anyone struggling with the weight of letting go. For anyone holding on out of hope, guilt, or fear. For anyone who needs the reminder that access to you is a privilege, not a right.

    You are not alone.

    Let them go.
Not in anger, but in truth.
Not with bitterness, but with boundaries.
Not out of hate, but out of deep, soul-level love for yoursel
