As fellow travelers on the acoustic and bluegrass music festival circuit, I'm With Her's Sara Watkins, Sarah Jarosz, and Aoife O'Donovan, were bound to make music together. Following an informal jam session, the trio got together and began to write songs, eventually releasing their debut album 'See You Around' in 2018. The band joined Scott Goldman to discuss their collaborative musicianship, the welcoming nature of the musical community they grew up in, and how that community helped them develop their own artistry in the process.

On their 2017 sixth album L.A. Divine, Cold War Kids pay tribute to Los Angeles and all its strange glory. "In many ways L.A. is the least divine city, the most hedonistic and irreverent and disconnected from history," says Cold War Kids' singer/guitarist/pianist Nathan Willett.
