Joyce Chesley Hayward, a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of experience in the U.S. and Bermuda, is a leader in strategic planning, business development, and financial management across various sectors. As a former Financial Controller and Accountant General for the Bermuda Government, Joyce excels in managing diverse teams and driving success.

Joyce is the founder of Fusion 4 Business, offering expert financial consulting, external CFO services, and strategic financial planning to maximize profitability for small businesses. She also founded ReJoyce Experiences, which organizes transformative retreats and workshops for faith-based travelers and busy business owners to relax, reenergize, and realign.

Additionally, Joyce leads Ladies in Faith and Enterprise (L.I.F.E.), a vibrant community platform supporting Black Christian businesswomen, providing mentorship, resources, and a supportive network.

Joyce holds a BSBA in Accounting from Georgetown University, an MFA from American University, and theological degrees from Wesley Theological Seminary. She is an ordained minister in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
