The "window of tolerance" is a psychological concept often used to describe an individual’s capacity to manage and thrive amidst stress and challenge without becoming overly emotionally reactive or shutting down. For entrepreneurs, who often face high levels of uncertainty and pressure, understanding and expanding their window of tolerance can be important for our business success.

Join me as I chat about this concept in more depth, and explain how we can reprogram our subconscious to create more space in our minds for our emotions!

  • 20. Phoebe Blamey tells us what actually happens when your mind is Reprogrammed
    2024/04/22

On the surface, Phoebe Blamey looked like she had it all. A successful financial services business. An investment property. A great group of highly successful friends. But on the inside was a different story. She lacked confidence in herself, felt intimidated in rooms where she wasn't the most successful person there, and wondered whether she would ever truly find inner peace.

Phoebe decided that she wanted to try EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) to remove those subconscious blocks. This is her story on what it was like to have her mind reprogrammed. And let me tell you, this is an episode you will not want to miss.
