    In this episode we talk about faith, spirituality and religion. Whatever term you coin to talk about this thing of getting connected with your mind and the senseless universe around us. That is what we talk about in this episode. The truth is, it's not something we talk about very often and that's because it's often very personal, fluid and difficult to put into words most of the time. Each person has their own style, even if they think they don't practice any sort of faith whatsoever, some sort of spirituality will have touched their lives somehow and at some point. The topic of religion can also be very tinged by politics and questionable archaic values. That's probably why this episode is 50 minutes long...

    But if you managed to get all the way through it we hope you enjoy listening to this episode! You'll have heard each of us going through how it's touched our lives, and how it's affected the way that we think.     In this conversation Zing brings us all the way back to her beginnings in journalism, an industry that seemed inaccessible at the time. She talks to us about getting to your dreams in a systematic way, by putting in the work and growing personally and professionally within the roles that shifted from Fashion journalism to writing about politics and lifestyle for major publications such as Vice and The Guardian.

    Zing has such a wealth of experience to speak through with us, she continually brings in her learnings throughout the years. And if you have ambitions in journalism, broadcast or presenting you’ll be getting the jackpot in inspiration with this episode. We also speak about how, as an East Asian journalist, she is about to stay in touch with the the news that we've been facing while also giving herself a healthy amount of mental clarity and headspace.
