Rubber vs. Glue Conundrum

  • サマリー

  • How many times have we told someone "You can't talk to my friend like that!"? How many times as a kid did we use the age old adage "I'm rubber, you're glue, whatever you say bounces off and sticks to you." Why was that only said when we were being insulted? Today James looks at:
The importance of finding even the tiniest things to love about ourselves.
Focusing on loving ourselves and of course Saying nice things to ourselves.

As we are working on finishing up season 2 and working on some new and really exciting things to launch into season 3, Make sure to follow so you don't miss a moment.
