    Attorneys often play it safe, and play it too safe.  Ghislaine Maxwell's defense was a "standard" old textbook play, which basically argued the witnesses were all lying.  In order to properly defend someone, or give them a fighting chance, you need to do two things effectively, First, Tell a Story; Second, The Defendant's voice is often a necessity where they are the only party that can dispute the mountain of evidence.  In this segment we explore the prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein's girlfriend, the defense, and what went horribly wrong.

  • Five Minute Cases - Dog Bites and Cops Shot
    2021/12/06

    In the first segment of Five Minute Cases, we talk about a case where a police officer went onto private property without a search warrant, was attacked by dogs, and then tried to kill the dogs, but instead slipped on ice and shot himself in the foot.  To add insult to injury, the officer then filed a civil lawsuit against the homeowner alleging that the dogs were vicious.  The homeowner hired Mario M. Blanch, Esq. and the case was dismissed.  The entire case is given to you in five minutes.
