  • Back to the regular format this week. In today's episode I talk about my experience of having an estranged parent. My relationship with my estranged father has been turbulent to put it lightly over the last decade. From not being in my life, to talking, to not talking again haha, to being on good terms, to deciding that it just wasn't worth it in the end. Although it ended up in the exact same way it started, I believe it was an experience I personally needed to go through and was a valuable lesson in how letting go of bitterness is one of the biggest freedoms you can give yourself.
