Jeff Paulus is the CEO of TAP Properties, which has flipped over 200 houses in the greater Spokane, WA area. At the beginning of 2020, he also founded a lending company, TC Lending, that specializes in lending for real estate investors. The main goal for TC Lending clients is to make the loan process as streamlined and painless as possible. Jeff taught high school for seven years before shifting to real estate.
