Grant Ifflander is a devoted student of the Great Mystery, steward of sacred space and transformation, and founder of Keepers of the Earth, A School of Yoga & Mystical Arts. Grant lives full time in the mountains of Costa Rica where he facilitates trainings & intensives for yoga teachers and embodied spiritual leadership, leads sacred music gatherings, and supports the deeply transformative work of plant medicine. He has been involved in the path of evolution, coaching and leadership since 2009 and established his first yoga school in 2017 & has recently begun certifying yoga teachers through his Yoga Alliance registered organisation, Keepers of the Earth (KotE for short). Grant discusses the path of yoga & how we can bring ourselves into harmony using these ancient sciences of yoga, breathwork & mantra as tools for the body mind.
