I've got someone VERY special on the podcast this week, broadcaster and podcast host of "Blethered" Glasgow boy Sean McDonald. You've definitely seen him before, he's got a face that's hard to forget and he doesn't shut up.
Sean talks to me about what it takes to be a real podcaster, interviewing an Al-Qaeda spy, why some people deserved to be bullied, beefing with Jeremy Kyle and how the TOWIE cast are really just children of gangsters. And as always, much much more.
As well as the laughs that we had, Sean also opened up about his childhood growing up with a single mum in Glasgow, dealing with the loss of his childhood friend who was murdered and the difficulties of navigating life.
