In this fun conversation I had with Heather Jean from Confidence Through Cabaret, we spoke about bringing self-love and movement into our healing journey.
Heather shared 2 amazing super simple exercises to help us become authentic in our own bodies and reclaim our stage called our life so that we can unapologetically share the message of who we are.
