Joining me is a very dear friend of mine, Sophie Beresford!
For people who have been following the waffle for some time, you will know that me and Sophie connected through our work in the mental health space and have been pretty inseparable ever since!
Sophie is the founder of Like I Care, which over time has grown into a successful blog, event, podcast and so much more! She joins me for a waffle about all things self-care, self-awareness, and how setting boundaries has helped shape the woman she is today!
We also have a waffle about the impact music has had on both of our lives and ask that all-important question: who would our dream Glastonbury headliners be?
