Welcome to the fifth episode of Semi-Mindful Banter! This week was messy, but in the best way possible.
This episode features my partner Patrick, and I didn't have time to record a full episode this week, so we just sat down to chat about some quick little updates our lives, like the fact that I went to the craft fair, and the new projects that we're working on.
It's nothing fancy, but at least I showed up, right?
