Management; can't work with them, can't operate without them. Unless you are born into enough money and have no desire to work we all have managers. I think we all set out to be the best manager we can be but managers get in the way. Alright Enjoy my S & Bers. Expanding on Ep.6 Management 101, there are a few concepts such as learned helplessness and the bad apple effect that I want to discuss. Also, shed a little light on my opinion of bad managers. Hope you find some helpful hints with this sliver.

Episode 3 was a complex look into the delivery of food from large and small businesses via Doordash, Uber and Menulog. I found that if I were to continue talking about the downfalls I would have come off as a windger so I though I would just do a bonus track expanding of some of the frustrations and lack on ingenuity.
