"Equity, Teacher Efficacy, and CRT in a Florida School District: A Qualitative Case Study Exploring Political Realities."
How recent Florida education laws affect classroom instruction
The impact on teacher self-efficacy and instructional freedom
Educator perspectives on race, identity, equity, and inclusion under policy pressure
Choose one or more of the following options:
✅ Online 15-question survey (~20 minutes)

✅ One-on-one interview (~60 minutes)
✅ Small focus group (with pseudonyms)
✅ Transcript review by email
