When your thoughts get tangled in problems and pressure, pause and turn it over to Jesus Christ. So often, we’re weighed down not by today’s issues, but by worries we’ve borrowed from tomorrow. But the truth is—God doesn’t want you to carry what He’s already offered to handle. Invite Him into your situation and let Him lead you with wisdom and calm. He knows how to lift the burden and replace it with peace that flows straight from His presence. You don’t have to figure it all out tonight. Rest in knowing that Jesus gives peace, not as the world gives (John 14:27), and you can bring every concern to Him in prayer without fear (Philippians 4:6). Tonight, release it. Let peace take over. Let Jesus take over.
