    Justin Conway, MD, is a Board Certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine Physician at Crystal Run Healthcare. He earned his Medical Degree at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Conway completed his Residency in Family Practice at Mount Sinai-Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY, and a Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical and the Hospital for Special Surgery. A former college basketball player for Princeton University, he is currently the Team Physician for Mount Saint Mary College Athletics, Hudson Valley Renegades, and Kingston Stockade, and a Member of the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Team Medical Pool. Dr. Conway is seeing patients at Crystal Run Healthcare in Monroe and Newburgh.

    Jonathan Nasser, MD is Crystal Run Healthcare’s Chief Clinical Integration Officer, Medical Director for the Divisions of Pediatrics and Hospitalist Medicine, and Physician Leader for Crystal Run Healthcare’s Med-Peds division. Dr. Nasser is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, and completed his Residency at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, NY. Dr. Nasser is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the American College of Physicians as well as the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Nasser is currently seeing patients at Crystal Run Healthcare in Middletown, NY.
