  • Episode 17 - Out in the Dark
    2022/09/16

In this episode we discuss tactics for staying safe while out on the trails after the sun goes down. With the recent high-profile murder case of a woman being violently abducted and murdered while out for an early morning run, we've had many of you reach out for advice on staying safe. For many people, their schedules dictate that they run or walk for exercise when its dark outside. This can certainly present safety and security concerns, but we lay out multiple methods to be proactive and prepared before you head out on those trails. Ranging from tools, training and mindset, this episode answers a lot of the questions our listeners have reached out to ask.
