あらすじ・解説
A lot of the people I work with are born workers. They started working early in a lot of cases. Especially early in their careers, work provided growth, learning, mastery, and success.
But at some point, they started to feel like work took up too much space — over time or overnight. Mental energy, emotional energy, or time.
So the thing they love (work) that is such a part of their contribution, identity, and values, has started to feel like a source of frustration.
They want to make an impact, but they want to do it in a sustainable way.
Today on the podcast we’re talking about exactly this. Sustainable impact.
I’ll share why so many people reach this point. I’ll also share exactly what steps to take to create your own impact. Sustainably.
