Pauline talks us through what hormonal imbalances show up as physical symptoms and mental signs, the interplay of cortisol, insuline and oestrogen & prosgesterone and how they affect our mood, sleep, hunger levels, cravings and physical well being.
We also delved into the hidden sugars that so mnay of us will be totally unaware of that are hidden in our foods and labelled as something else on the back of the packet.
A topic that is so important for all women to learn is also discussed with menstrual cycle awareness and adapting our lives to our cycles - its true that we physically and mentally cannot do during and leading up too our bleeding days that we could do no stress at all leading up too and over ovulation - this is the reason why so many women are so hard on themselves and burn out - we operate on a 28 day cycle, whereas men operate on a 24 hour cycle.
Pauline and I are very similar in the sense that we understand that we are here to cause a ripple effect through empowering the people around us with life changing education and knowledge.
