Trailblazer includes:
- An adjustable, periodized 12-week training plan of workouts, runs, and rest days for each day of the week to prepare you for your race, whether it's your first ever or a new personal record
- 12 Audio Runs designed and coached by Nicole, fusing transportive music with inspiring and instructive coaching for long runs and tempo runs
- A video course with Nicole exploring the training plan and her tips for endurance training, gleaned from 4 Ironman races and several other endurance events.
- Training gear & nutrition recommendations
- An optional add-on of group or personal coaching with Nicole, and strength and mobility workouts designed for runners in the Alter Together digital studio at https://alter.nicolemeline.com
- Walkers welcome! The 5K plan is designed to take you from the couch to the starting line, beginning with walking and building up to running intervals to prepare you for a full-length run. You’re not out of shape; you’re out of practice. Let’s begin.
- Cyclists and full marathoners welcome! The training plan and periodized training principles could also be adjusted for a full Marathon or 50mile or 100mile Century Bike Ride Begin Trailblazer at any time.
- Pick your favorite race to train for anywhere, or set a goal for your own 5K or Half Marathon on a date you choose. This training program will prepare and transform you. Let’s trailblaze!
