The lads sit down with Beth from Iawn Met. Beth has been through an extremely tough time. Her father sadly took his own life, it obviously changed her life forever but she's now set up 'Iawn Met'. Iawn Met contributes to the building of an honest, supported, and harm-reductive community environment, that empowers and amplifies the voices within them through education via Instagram and donations through apparel purchases (this is stolen from her website).

The social media page not only amplifies voices but it also sells apparel. What is amazing is that the profits that are made from these sales are donated to charities that are close to her heart - and we at Tackle Your Thoughts are lucky enough to be one of those!

What is evident from this podcast is the courage and strength that Beth has. From going through a life changing event to now wanting to help change peoples lives. She's a true inspiration and a real life Superhero.
