We talk to Taylor Cook, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and mental health advocate about how she faced and has begun the healing process in regards to her mental health issues. Although not easy, Taylor shares how that process helped her to become better equipped to handle everyday life and even allowed her the headspace to tackle her purpose.
Now, Taylor is helping people from the inside out as she encourages us all to take not only our physical health seriously but our mental health wellbeing seriously too.
