    We have ALL experienced diarrhoea from time to time whether that is the result of bad food or just bad luck, but imagine that this gastrointestinal upset was your day to day life.     Perhaps one of the clearest messages about inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohns disease is that it is an invisible disability, sufferers appear completely normal, but may privately deal with a myriad of issues, from as mentioned diarrhoea to urgency, blood loss, abdominal pain, to issues related to malabsorption
