  • Appointed Counsel Vol. 10 - Sufficient Specificity of Claims

    Section 6 of Rule 13 states that "counsel will be held to a high degree of care in keeping of contemporaneous time records, and that failure to provide sufficient specificity…may constitute grounds for denial of the claim for compensation or reimbursement." Nobody likes returned claims on either side, neither the attorneys nor the people processing the claims.
