    2022/12/07

What’s up, Accountability Nation! On this week's episode of The Accountability Network Podcast, I’m extremely honored to interview, Brandon Mancine.

At 40 years old Brandon was in the best shape of his life. Then in the blink of an eye, it changed. In November 2017 an intoxicated driver pinned him between two cars. He went from being able to squat 400 lbs to the next day not being able to walk 10 steps. Brandon’s life and story have been about resiliency and the power of a positive mindset to overcome setbacks.

Brandon was a Machine Gunner in the Marines and served with some of the baddest men to walk the Earth. He is currently a personal trainer/coach which he has now been doing for over 20 years where he inspires and helps get his clients in the best shape of their lives.

In this week's episode, we discuss:

    • Knowing the importance of who you surround yourself with
    • Make sure the people you surround yourself with hold you accountable
    • A statement that he leverages to help him and his clients stay on track to hit their goals
    • Taking responsibility for your health and lifestyle
